I ordered a map of the stars over the place I was when my partner asked me to be his girlfriend 5 years ago and I couldn't be happier. It turned out lovely and he adores it. Very good quality and shipping was very fast. Highly recommend.

Really nice order process and checkout. The product arrived on time and was very well packaged. I found them to genuinely care about the customer and the product. It is expensive, but a good value overall.

I ordered a print for my husband for Valentine’s Day. Somehow I messed up in ordering it. It didn’t turn out the way I wanted. I contacted the company and explained I wasn’t happy with the print. They were extremely nice and sent me a new one and it is exactly what I wanted. It looks amazing! Great quality! I am very happy with it!

Honestly.. I was excited to receive my star map which was a valentine's gift for my boyfriend. I even paid for the frame which was 60 dollars mind you. Cost more then the actual image but I didnt mind. I am honestly disappointed in the quality of the frame for how much i had to pay for it, it was made with cheap material. The frame isnt even black it's like a dusty grey. Also it was sent with plexiglass? It fogs the image and made the quality of the picture worse so I ended up taking it off altogether and now my picture is not protected. For how much I had to pay for the frame it could have been a much better quality... I loved my picture though! The frame just is not worth the money they asked..

I love the idea, product turned out great. But $55 dollars for an 8X12 printed poster! Way too overpriced for what it is. I thought the poster was going to be a little more intricate and less white space. I’ll tey to find a company that is a tad cheaper next time.

I recently made a print for our honeymoon in 2017. I realized hours after I had ordered, that I made a mistake on the dates I put on the print. I emailed Craft & Oak and within minutes received an email back from Harry. He assured me changes could be made. I then received an email from Susan letting me know my changes had been made and that I was good to go. I deeply appreciated the ease of the customer service and quick replies. I can't wait to see my print!
