Shipping & Delivery

How are orders shipped?

Craft & Oak is now pleased to offer complimentary shipping for all Domestic and International orders in selected countries - these countries are shown on checkout. Delivery time is approximately 15-30 business days from the time of us receiving your order. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. 

Although Craft & Oak provide free shipping in most cases, we reserve the right to charge additional costs should the need arise. Our standard delivery costs can be found on our checkout confirmation page.

Craft & Oak cannot vouch for the date of delivery and can only provide approximates. Hence, we are not accountable for any delays if a product is delivered after the estimated delivery time. The delivery times are based on our shipping partner’s estimations. At any time delivery dates may change based on unforeseeable circumstances.

All International orders may be subject to additional duties, import taxes, or brokerage or customs fees upon delivery and return delivery, Craft & Oak is not responsible for any of these fees (no exceptions). Customs delays are common and we cannot control or prevent this type of delay.

Craft & Oak does not take responsibility for lost, delayed, and costs of packages due to customers that type incorrect, insufficient, or wrong shipping addresses’.
